Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using Missing Number ("the app", "we", "our"). By installing or playing the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

By accessing or using Missing Number, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have obtained verifiable parental consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them and all applicable laws and regulations.

📱 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Missing Number on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

🤝 User Conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage on leaderboards.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the app's servers or infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to manipulate scores.
• Impersonate another user or person.

All content within Missing Number — including but not limited to game design, graphics, music, sound effects, code, and text — is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The game name, logos, and related marks are trademarks of the developer.

🏆 Leaderboards & Scores

Leaderboard scores are public and visible to other players through Google Play Games Services. We reserve the right to remove scores or accounts that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, hacking, or any other illegitimate means, without notice or liability.

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of scores, or device damage.

🔗 Third-Party Services

The app integrates with Google Play Games Services for sign-in, leaderboards, and achievements. Your use of those services is governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

🚫 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. To also delete your stored data, submit a Data Deletion Request.

📝 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
